The space Lo Spazio The accommodation combines the charm of stone and Umbrian history with modern comforts. The space is warm, cozy and finely furnished, characterized by the original architecture that makes the stay one of a kind. Sleeping area: It has a comfortable double bed and an additional single bed (up to 3 beds in total). High-quality bed linens and towels are provided. Refreshment Area (No Kitchen): To ensure maximum transparency, the accommodation does not have a kitchen with a stove. However, it is equipped with everything you need for breakfasts, snacks, and quick meals: refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, tea kettle, and coffee machine. Included amenities: Full private bathroom and heating. 🌿 An authentic "Digital Detox" experience In keeping with the thousand-year-old spirit of the Arco dell'Eremita, we have deliberately chosen not to install Wi-Fi. We want this space to be a refuge from everyday stress, an invitation to disconnect, to read a good book under the stone vaults, and to experience the city at full speed. (Don't worry: the 4G/5G cellular data connection in the area is still excellent if you need to consult maps or take photos!) Guest access Guests will have the entire studio apartment to themselves in total privacy. There is paid parking on site from 9 am to 7:30 pm, and free parking from 7:30 pm to 9 am on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. This is very convenient for those traveling by car and entering the center. Less than a km away, there is free 24-hour parking. Other things to note The accommodation tax imposed by the municipality of Perugia is applied to the stay, in the amount of €1.50 per night up to a maximum of 7 nights.
