Welcome to Domaine Réole, a renovated 18th century Charentais house, nestled in a 7-hectare natural park planted with vines and woods. The independent family cottage of 70 m² (ideal for a family/couple with children) is fully equipped, has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen open to a large bright living room. You can freely enjoy the park, the pond and the pool area located on the edge of the woods (swimming pool from June to September). The space Located both in the middle of nature and only a 5-minute drive from all amenities, the cottage is attached to the main house while being totally independent. The cottage, located on the courtyard side, is organized around a living room with equipped kitchen, and a sleeping area including 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet. A private outdoor area with table and barbecue is reserved for you, as well as free access to the outdoor areas of the Domaine (park, orchard, woods and swimming pool in season). Guest access Access to the estate is via a private road along the vineyards. After passing through the large green gate, you continue straight to go around the cellar to reach a parking space located between the buildings and close to the shed. From the courtyard, direct access leads to the entrance of the cottage. Other things to note In season, you have access to the pool area located on the edge of the woods, overlooking the vineyards. The secure pool is shared from June to September with the owners and, when open, the guest rooms. The terrace of more than 100 m² includes several spaces: sun loungers, garden furniture, dining table and summer kitchen with plancha.
