The apartment is suitable for 2 people or a small family. What's waiting for you: a stunning view, wild nature, and simplicity. It's the right place for you if you want to relax somewhere a bit abroad from the usual tourist trails. The space The Aspmayr farm is secluded at 820 meters above sea level, embedded in the mountain landscape of Renon, Jenesien and Sarntal. There are no neighbors nearby and no street noise, but various gardens, meadows and forests around the house. The apartment consists of a living / bedroom, a small bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen and an anteroom with a library. It is located on the 2nd floor, which is all yours. You're welcome to hang out on the shared terrace and in the garden outside. The main entrance to the house is shared with us. The farm is geographically situated in the middle of South Tyrol and is therefore a good starting point to explore the region in all directions. You can reach numerous opportunities for hiking, climbing, skiing, swimming and cycling by car. Shorter and also longer walks in nature start right in front of the house. Grocery stores are at a distance of 12 or 20-25 minutes by car (Oberinn, Klobenstein, Sarnthein). There are some car rental points in Bolzano, which is 18 km away, and a train station. The next bus stop is in Wangen / Vanga town (walking distance: approx. 20 minutes, steep forest path). The last 3 kilometers of the road from the village is a single-lane asphalt road. Since 2012 I've been organizing an artist residency and event program on the farm under the name Hotel Amazonas. The place bears traces of artistic interventions and experiments.
