Aix countryside, independent + parking, close to airport

Nice room of 17 m2, equipped with all the comforts except the air conditioning: kitchenette , washing machine, office/dining area..., I am located in a residential and very quiet area. I have a dedicated parking space and separate entrance, as well as a private terrace. Located just 18 km from Aix and 20 km from Marseille, 11 km from the airport and 20 km from Aix TGV station, 30 minutes from the beaches of the Côte Bleue... Car strongly recommended The space The bedroom and bathroom are new. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The bedroom is bright and has a kitchen. The bed is a real double bed with slatted bed base, 140 x 190. There is a small step to access the bathroom. The room is accessed by a separate access from the owners' home access. You can make yourself a Nespresso. The room has a small table serving as a desk space or dining table. To sit, a chair and 2 stools are available. A table and 2 outdoor chairs on the terrace as well. Guest access Parking is available in front of the bedroom terrace (dedicated space). Guests can also use the terrace dedicated to the room. The room is completely independent, it is an outbuilding of our house. The entrance is separate. Other things to note possibility of arrival outside of advertised hours on a case-by-case basis
