Spacious house completely renovated, in a very quiet location with sea view. Spacious rooms with sunlight all day. Modern kitchen. Private pool surrounded by deck, large barbecue with roof and space for 4 cars. Free Wi-Fi throughout the house and barbecue Colares and Sintra are perfect for those who like walks with history and incredible views. We have 1 more bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, which I rent for €45/day and can only be rented for the total stay. The space This house has 4 bedrooms with enough space for 9 adults and 1 child. Private pool with deck. This house has 4 dining tables: a) table inside the dining room, b) table in front of the pool with sea view, c) table in the barbecue area and d) table in the kitchen for breakfasts Guest access Guests will be alone throughout the house. The house will be occupied only by our guests. Some doors will be closed, such as the stairs to the garage, storage, etc. This house is safe for children, as it has protections to prevent access to the pool and stairs (always with adult supervision) Unfortunately, this house is not wheelchair accessible, as there are some steps before the main entrance. Other things to note - This house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Praia das Maçãs. - A 10-minute walk to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Sintra is 11 km away and Lisbon is 35 km away. It is also 20 km from some Golf Courses (Beloura / Penha Longa and Belas) - We allow pets as long as the owners are responsible for any damage and do not let the animals go on beds and sofas. CHILDREN: We have some gates that prevent children from entering the pool alone.
