The house ( 316 m2) exists of six large bedrooms, tree with 2 single beds, one with 3 beds and two with a double bed, one large double bed with Tempur mattress. Four bathrooms with sinks and showers and one with double sink, shower and a separated bath, a luxourious kitchen (with balcony) with a large refrigerator with freezer, the refrigerator makes ice cubes and purifies the water, a dishwasher, stove with one large oven (electric) and six burners (gas), a livingroom with an open fire place, a sunny porch and a roof terrace with a splendid view on the surrounding country site. There is also a roof terrace with a beautiful view. There are plenty toys for children, 2 chairs for children and 2 little beds. There is a washing machine in a separate room. The swimming pool (12 /6 ) is waiting for you in the olive garden, about 100 steps from the main building. The nearby shed may be used to accomodate your vehicle if wanted. The shed is party closed for private equipments. Other things to note The Torre dei Tre Fratelli is a real family house. In summertime you may close during daytime the blinds to prevent the warmth from outsite to enter. For all windows and doors there are open blinds to prevent mosquitos to fly in. The house is friendly for kids. Around the swimmingpool is a gate with a lock to prevent the small ones to enter unattended. Iron gates are constructed for the same reason at the staircases and at the porch. There is enough wood for the fireplace and there is a BBQ.
