Abundant street food surrounded. ** Free pick up service apply for minimum 7 nights stay** The space The owner's parents used to live here and opened a dental clinic on the ground floor until just recently. This building is old-fashioned but well-maintained. The second floor is residential and homey. Located in residentail areas so it could be some noise from cars and streetfood shops around. Guest access Guest area covers entire floor except the house staff room (Laundry room). Guest can use washing machine at the balcany for free but need to buy your own detergent. Guests have 4 bedrooms and have own the living room, the balcony and the pantry. Air-conditioners in every bedrooms. There is only fan provide in the living room. Other things to note We serve breakfast on your request with extra charge and only for guest who stays linger than 5 days.. (American Or Thai breakfast charge 150 baht per person ). Please make an order before you arrive 3 days at least. Extra charge for laundry service (wash &dry or hang dry) : 20 baht per piece
