Committed to Airbnb’s Enhanced Cleaning Protocol! Our home is 2 miles away from Truist Park, Cumberland Mall and the Cobb Galleria Centre. We also are close to a popular wooded trail, the Silver Comet trail. There are also ample restaurants within biking or walking distance, sure to please any palate. Please note - as we are a dog allergy home, we do not allow dogs of any kind in our listing, including service dogs. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. The space When booking our listing, you'll have access to a fully furnished bedroom, complete with a full size bed and Roku entertainment system. The shared bathroom is just steps outside your bedroom door. We'll clean the bathroom every day, so there won't be any cleanliness issues. Down a few stairs sits the living room, with plenty of available video games and board games, and a full kitchen with all the amenities you'd need to cook a hot meal. In the back yard, there's a stone patio to enjoy all year! Guest access Guests will have available to them: the full kitchen including a pizza stone, popcorn machine, microwave, slow cooker, electric stovetop, double ovens and blender. Guests can also use the iron, ironing board, hair curling iron, and hair dryer. Lastly, we have many board games and video games with the Nintendo 64, Gamecube, Wii, WiiU, Switch, PS2, PS4 and Sega Dreamcast systems that guests can use! During your stay When we’re home, we like to hang out in the living room, usually talking, watching tv, or playing some video games. Whenever we’re in the living room, we’re happy to chat if you want. Please let us know if you need a little more quiet and we’ll be sure to give it to you! Other things to note In our home, we're renting multiple rooms. In fact, the other room on the upper floor houses another guest. Please try to keep your noise level lower, especially in the morning and at night so other guests won't be disturbed. Thanks!
