The accommodation is an all-wood attic with a low ceiling in some places and is located on the 2nd floor. The building is a detached house with 2 apartments located on the first and second floors, while on the ground floor there is a coffee bar. The house does not have an elevator. At the back of the house there is a parking lot and a green area with a barbecue, a table and chairs available to guests. We speak English. We speak French. Me puhumme suomea. The space We provide sheets, towels, tablecloths, and dish towels with weekly change. Toilet paper is enough for a few days. Hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, and tea are available for at least a couple of weeks. Since 2025, we have installed fiber optics, so guests have fast WiFi internet at their disposal. Guest access In addition to the apartment, guests have a cellar to store sports equipment or other items. Other things to note A peculiarity of the village is that in winter, for 2 months, the inhabitants see the sun shining only on the other side of the valley, since Pollein is located at the foot of the mountain facing north. Important: In summer, it can be very hot in the accommodation, as it is an attic, and the outside temperatures during the day can reach up to 40 degrees Celsius. Since 2025, we have installed ceiling fans in the living room, in the kitchen and in the double bedroom. Unfortunately, in the small bedroom, the ceilings are too low, but there is still a pedestal fan. The accommodation is located in the center of the village where (with the windows open) you can hear noise until late in the evening coming from the bar on the ground floor, from the restaurant on the opposite side of the street or from the traffic.
