The flat is very central , close to embassies, pubs , grocery stores, famous restaurants, health care centres . It is located on the bus route, 10 min to Tunali and also Atakule by foot. And it has fabulous Papazin Bagi Garden view. It is fully equipped and ready to live a warm house life like in your own place with relaxing forest view while you are in the heart of the city. With its Minimal Scandinavian style, the flat meets all your needs in one. Guest access It’s old town apartment so no gym or spa except enthusiastic garden view and relaxing balcony. There is an free carpark in front of the building but no private reserved parking space. For check in/out time according to the previous/after guest it could be flexible just please ask to check. Other things to note NOISE : THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE OF THE FLAT!! As I mentioned in the description ,the building is an old building with Old neighbours who have Noise sensitivity And unfortunately the noise Insulation is weak:(( so To live in peace, loud footsteps , running or loud music Especially within resting times (9pm-9am) are not allowed. ** Even though I love kids , Since they don’t follow these rules ( they run , play , make noise🤍) they are not allowed unless they follow these rules. GARBAGES: you can leave it between 5-7PM just in front of the Flat door. If it’s not in these period of the day , please use garbage bin on the corner of the street SHOES: Please do not leave your shoes in front of the flat door and Don’t use them inside (no shoes inside) , use Shoe and Coat Rack in the entrance of the flat BALCONY: Do not throw anything from the balcony.
