There is a large modern walk-in shower and comfortable kitchen lounge / living space. There is easy and safe parking directly opposite the property. Very close to the Welsh Coastal paths offering a unique access point some short distance away to allow fabulous walks to the nearby Langland Bay with its wonderful views and eating places. The space There is a quiet, out-door seating area and table at the front of the bungalow. Also there is an enclosed space at the rear of the bungalow. The property benefits from a south-facing aspect being bright and sunny during the day-time. The bungalow is situated in a cul-de sac and is generally quiet without being too secluded. Guest access Car parking is unrestricted, free, off-road and opposite the property. Being a bungalow access is relatively easy, with few steps and difficulties. There are no steps or obtacles within the property. Other things to note It is possible to walk to Mumbles head, the pier and Oystermouth village, which provide a wide variety of attractions, pubs and places to eat. There is also ample parking on the sea-front car-parking areas and pier if a car is needed at any time.
