The unit has a bathroom, living room, dining area, and kitchenette. Very near Quezon Ave MRT Station, 24/7 public transport. On its ground floor are restos, coffee shops, Savemore, BDO, ATMs, spa/massage parlors, bakeries, laundry shop, & pubs/bars just across from the condominium. It has 24/7 security and a pay parking lot in the basement. The space The unit is located on the 8th floor of MPlace ToweC equipped with 4 elevators. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. It's a non-smoking unit with 1 air conditioned bedroom separate from the living room, kitchen, and dining room. Tower fan is also provided which can be used in the living room. A queen-size comfy bed, three-seater sofa, four-seater dining table, flat screen cable TV and high-speed Wi-fi + NETFLIX. The unit has its own bathroom with hot and cold shower. Kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction stove, microwave and conventional oven, electric kettle, cooking / dinning wares and utensils. This unit is totally private. Guests have exclusive access to the entire unit. Guest access For guests to check in, please present your guest pass. The receptionist will request your ID. You can give them an old ID or an unimportant ID for your peace of mind. MPlace offers facilities and amenities such as adult swimming pools, kiddie pools, a children's playground, a garden lounge, a lobby, fitness stations ideal for Pilates & Yoga, and a jogging path. For the use of the swimming pool, MPlace charges P150 per person on weekdays and P300 on weekends and holidays. MPlace has its own Mall located on the ground floor. You can find ATM machines, commercial shops, good dining restaurants, a spa and massage parlor, a laundry shop, and a supermarket. MPlace has a playground with free access. The lobby is fully air-conditioned and offers free WiFi. In the MPlace basement, you could find pay parking. Regular parking is P60 for the first two hours and P30 for each subsequent hour. The overnight parking fee is P350 (from 1:30 am to 6:00 am) in addition to the hourly rate. Other things to note Two bottles of water are free for our guests. The bed features fresh linens; we provide clean towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. The ironing board and iron are in the bedroom closet. The unit is a non-smoking unit and has a SMOKE DETECTOR in place. There's a corresponding penalty for those who smoke inside the unit. Quiet time is after 10:00 pm. When leaving the unit, please ensure that all lights are off. To avoid damage and breakages, do not move any furniture. Dispose of all tissues and sanitary napkins in the provided trash bins. We have a garbage chute on the same floor. To get there, walk through the hallway, pass the elevators, and turn left. The first door on your left is the designated garbage room.
