Entire, separate entry, second floor studio. Minimalist modern decor, nice clean small space with everything you need. We aim to have your stay be an enjoyable experience, greeting you with a clean home, ensuring you have what you need during the stay, and being available as needed. Approximately 5-10 from downtown KCMO, Power and Light, City Market. Within walking distance of a few local family owned restaurants and bars. The space Minimal but robust kitchenette (NOT a full kitchen) with basic cooking items. Coffee, tea, and other random items waiting for you (creamer, sugar, butter, honey, jelly, random snacks, ramen, etc). Kitchenette also has microwave, mini fridge, toaster, coffee pot, hot plate for cooking food and electric kettle. It does not have a full stove/oven. Comfortable living area with couch, TV and wifi. Large, private second story deck. On street or alley parking. The space is on the second floor of a small house, guests will enter through the backyard - up one flight of exterior stairs to the private entrance. Guest access Main floor of house is rented to long term tenant. AirBnB guests park in the front and walk through front yard to the back second story deck. Guests can feel free to walk through front yard/backyard and are the only ones accessing the second floor. I will send parking information as your trip gets closer. We prefer people to park in the back, entering through the alley. It will be a shorter walk for you to your front door and neighbors get mad if people park in front of their house Other things to note You will likely hear the main floor tenant. Keep in mind this is a second floor space and someone does live downstairs. While sprucing up the second floor of the house (now the AirBnB), we found some fun artifacts in the walls/attic, make sure to find them during your stay! Make sure to check out the bottom drawer in the kitchenette to the LEFT of the sink - that's where the snacks hang out waiting for you ;)
