Skipper's Retreat is on the lower floor and the upper floor is our personal space which we use occasionally. A heat pump (for both heating and cooling) and electric fireplace are provided for your comfort. The spacious open floor plan has one bedroom with a queen bed. Large windows from the bedroom and the living room look out to the ocean waves rolling in and the beach below. In the bathroom enjoy an easy-access walk-in shower and heated flooring. And a washer and dryer is inside the unit. The full kitchen has an electric oven with range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher and is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans, and a drip coffee maker. Gather around the large kitchen island while putting together a puzzle or prepping a meal. The living room has a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed and a twin fold-out sofa bed and an electric fireplace with remote control and a sleep timer. Watch shows on a flatscreen TV from with Netflix, Disney+, and GoogleTV (for live and on-demand TV). Guest access You have the whole first-floor unit with private entrance, deck, and living space. The stairway down has 16 steps with a handrail. You will be given a code to access the unit and come and go as you please. Other things to note Although online maps may list the address as being in Tillamook, the house is in the heart of Oceanside. The AirBnB map shows the actual location of the house.
