The house is located 20 minutes north of Angoulême. Convenience store 10 min away. The space 200 m² Charentaise house renovated by us. Foosball, ping pong table, darts, comics... are available. You can also enjoy the outdoors as you see fit. Parking for up to 6 vehicles. We live with 2 cats and 1 dog. Guest access Free access.
