Quiet house with private pool near the center

Just 15 minutes from Place du Capitole, come and enjoy the calm of the Cote Pavée! You can enjoy our private swimming pool (8.5 x 3.5 m)! Our house is well served by bus or "vélib" to get to the city center. Important: bedding is provided. But not towels. To limit costs, the end of stay cleaning is to be done. Products are available as well as the vacuum cleaner. The space Our townhouse on one side (but you can't hear anything!), has been completely renovated. It consists of a ground floor with an open kitchen overlooking a living/dining room (35 m2) and a TV room equipped with a sofa bed. On the 1st floor, 3 large bedrooms: - The blue bedroom with a 90 x 200 cm pull-out bed (possibility to put two single beds side by side) - The blue bedroom with a 90 x 200 cm pull-out bed (possibility to put two single beds side by side) - The red bedroom with a 90 x 200 cm pull-out bed (possibility to put two single beds side by side) Bathroom with large corner bath and very nice office area (with balcony) On the next floor: - A bedroom with a double bed but two mattresses for more comfort. - An office space with a child's bed Toilets on each floor. Guest access A terrace equipped with a table, chairs and an umbrella and a plancha. A swimming pool (8.5 m X 3.5 m). We provide our guests with our library of comics and books. Free Netflix Other things to note In accordance with the regulations, our pool is protected by an alarm. However, it is best for children to know how to swim as there are no safety barriers.
