Villa Smeraldo is a charming house with pool and garden, private access to the sea (rocks), equipped with all comforts, large indoor and outdoor spaces, relaxation areas, 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, 3 bathrooms, to accommodate up to 8 people. The space Villa Smeraldo is an enchanting property immersed in a luxuriant garden of typical Mediterranean plants, where you can breathe the crisp and clean air of the blue sea that is just below the house. The strength of Villa Smeraldo is the marvelous sea view that can be admired from many areas of the house: the comfortable terrace furnished with a table and chairs for unforgettable outdoor lunches and dinners; the large lounge terrace with sofas and tables to relax during the day, read a book, rest lulled by the sound of the sea; the bedrooms on the first floor with sea view ... every detail of the house is designed to enjoy the view, the smell and the sound of the sea! Going down about twenty steps, you will reach an outdoor terrace furnished with chaise longues for sunbathing in total relaxation and privacy. The stretch of coast where the villa is located is characterized by rocks whose access is by going down a private staircase (inside the property). Access to the sea is not particularly easy, recommended for people in full physical condition and with experience. A few meters from the house there is a public bathing facility with a platform for easy access to the sea, which we recommend to our guests (Ippocampo Beach). The interior of Villa Smeraldo is elegant, spacious and bright, definitely comfortable for 8 people. When entering home, you have the feeling of being on a ship, thanks to the presence of many windows that give guests the opportunity to see the sea from every corner of the house. The entrance leads to the large living room with fireplace, sofas, dining area and large windows from which you will admire the intense blue of the sea. Closeby the living room there is the beautiful kitchen, equipped with everything to cook comfortably while looking at the sea. On the ground floor there are also two double bedrooms with air conditioning and a bathroom with bathtub. A large staircase leads to the first floor where there is another small living room with TV and sofas, two double bedrooms both with private bathroom (shower) and sea view. Villa Smeraldo has private parking, Wi-Fi (in the area of ​​the house), air conditioning. Guest access You rent all the property exclusively, no other parties at the same time. Other things to note There are stairs to get down. A dozen steps to get from the parking lot to the entrance of the Villa. About forty steps to go from the house to the gate that gives access to the rocks on the sea. Access to the sea is not easy, recommended for fit people with a little experience. Tourist tax €2 per person per night (excluding children under 12 years of age). Please note house rules: Please do not throw toilet paper into the toilet but put it in the bins provided. Please do not switch on several appliances (air conditioners or oven) at the same time as this may cause the light to go out. We kindly ask you to switch off all household appliances when you go out, including air conditioners, as energy is very expensive in Italy. In this house you need to separate your waste and respect the rules for collecting it every day (those will be explained at check in time). A penalty of €100 is due if you don't respect it.
