The house is situated in a fantastically quiet and sunny location – surrounded by forest, meadows and nature – in the idyllic area of “**Turkey**”, just minutes from **Lake Faak**. The house is cozy, dignified and equipped with everything you need for a **relaxing holiday with family or friends**. It can accommodate **2 to 6 people** and about **170 m² of living space**. **Classification:** **First floor:** – Entrance – Rustic farmhouse parlor with cozy sitting area & tiled stove – Twin room – Kitchen (with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine and much more) – Bathroom with bathtub, shower & washing machine - Extra toilet **1st Floor:** – Double room for 2 people – Bedroom with French bed (for 1–2 people) – Large living room with panoramic window, TV & balcony – Bathroom with tub, shower & double sink - Extra toilet For families, **crib & high chair** are available free of charge. The house is equipped with **electric heating**, **parking** is available directly on site. Outside you will find a **lovingly maintained garden** with seating & sun loungers – perfect for sunbathing or cozy sitting together. Children can play right outside the door, while hikers and cyclists start from the house: whether on the **Drauradweg** [Drau cycle path], to **Lake Faak** or in the surrounding mountains. In summer, our **private beach on the turquoise blue Faaker See** (only **3.8 km away**) is at your disposal – with loungers, sunshine and a small **kiosk** for drinks, ice cream, coffee & snacks.
