The space Where the majority of 1R or 1LDK rooms and hotels in Tokyo are roughly between 15㎡ - 35㎡, Minimal Shimokita with its loft and at 45㎡ offers enough space for travelers to truly feel at home. The two windows on both floors offer plenty of light, creating a perfect atmosphere to unwind after days of being on the go. The decor is minimal and neutral, with retro Japanese magazines, books and posters that hint at the rich history and culture that Japan has to offer.
