The space One of the biggest assets of the home - is where it sits on the hillside - giving wide open views framed by a giant madrona tree. Guest access Guests have access to the Resort property, beach and PART of the pier. No access on the floating Dock or past the gate on the pier. Other things to note If you are a mountain biker, hiker or runner - there are 26 miles of trails you can access right from the Resort.
