This DOT-accredited beach apartment is just a stone's throw away from the powdery sands and pristine waters of Boracay's pristine White Beach. Traveler guests are delighted to wake up w/ a partial view of the ocean right from the bed. Location is strategic as guests are able to live like a local in an off-the-beaten path while still being close to where the action is. The studio is just right, cozy and is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, small groups of up to 4 and business travelers. This cozy beach apartment is only just a few steps away (about a minute walk) from the powdery sands and pristine waters of Boracay's world famous White Beach. The property's design theme has a rustic appeal with a modern Asian touch which blends in with the lush greeneries on the southern side of the island. This particular apartment unit is about 30 sq.m in size, including the balcony portion. There is a queen-sized bed which comfortably sleeps two (2) but an extra bed (by means of a sofa bed) can be added for bigger groups of up to four (4). It is situated on the corner and topmost floor of a 4-storey residential apartment building which gives its traveler guests some partial views of the White Beach and ocean from the unit's corner windows and balcony. As a matter of fact, travelers who stay on the apartment wake up from their bed with the warmth of the rising sun and with a view of the road (from atop the building) which directly leads to the White Beach path in Station 3. The apartment unit's interior has a modern contemporary vibe, air-conditioned, with a queen-sized bed, a kitchenette, dining table set, 32″ LED cable TV, refrigerator w/ freezer, safety deposit, hot and cold shower, and a complimentary fiber line internet with basic speed of 50 mbps. Other than the entire apartment unit including its balcony where you can watch the sunset facing the White Beach and the ocean, guests and travelers have access to the common areas of the apartment building such as the hallways, the reception area, the front patio and the gardens by the ground floor. There is also a space for storing bikes at the garage/driveway, should guests and travelers plan on renting one during their stay. Half of the time I am out of town but if I happen to be on the island during your stay, I'd be happy to personally meet you. It has always been a delight for me to meet fellow and like-minded travelers with holistic worldview from different parts of the world. Most of the time, I have an onsite team of caretakers and staff who looks after my properties (including you, our dear guests and travelers), will check you in and out, and will provide you with any of your needs during your stay. They also act as your resource persons, other than me, if you have any questions while living your local life in the island. For any of your inquiries, concerns and emergencies, you may message me at the Airbnb portal or you may message and/or approach any of my warm and helpful onsite team of caretakers and staff. They will also provide you with our contact information upon your check in. Do remember that, when you're with us, we want you to feel at home. The apartment is strategically located near White Beach Station 3, which is considered as the more serene and laid back part of the island. It is somewhat off-the-beaten, laid back and serene, but is still very close to where the action is. The location is perfect for any traveler who wants to experience, relive and hark back to that 'good old' Boracay vibe, rejuvenate, and live like a local in this side of the island. Getting around is easy. From the apartment, it will only take you about a minute walk to the White Beach path in Station 3 and about 3-5 minutes walk, if you plan to go to the Main Road, where you can ride public transport (i.e. single motorbikes, e-trikes, multi cabs). D'mall in Station 2, which is considered as the downtown and central commercial area on the island, is about 15-25 minutes walk (depending on how fast or slow one walks) and a 4-7 minutes trike ride from the property (if riding an e-trike). Sometimes, you can even hail e-trikes passing over along Ambulong Road just by the property's main gate entrance. So, either you walk at the beach or take a quick e-trike ride, where you are is pretty near everything - from restaurants, cafes, bars, convenience shops, water sports activities, to sunset viewing while having that refreshing drink during the island's 'magical' hour (Boracay's famous sunset). *Accessibility: Only 1-2 minutes walk to the White Beach path in Station 3, 3-5 minutes walk to the Main Road, 15-20 minutes walk to D'mall in Station 2 (via the White Beach path), 4-6 minutes ride to D'mall in Station 2 (via the Main Road), 6-10 minutes ride to the Jetty Port in Cagban (via the Main Road) *Location: We are situated in Ambulong Road, in White Beach Station 3 *Vibe and Ambiance: Guests and travelers can enjoy seeing a partial view of the White Beach and the ocean from the apartment's corner windows and balcony. The vibe in the property is cozy, laid back and homey. *Early Check In & Late Check Out: Allowed but subject to availability and certain fees depending on how early the check in is and how late the check out is. *Staff Schedule: Our caretakers are on duty from 8am to 5pm. The front desk personnel is on duty from 8am to 5pm at the reception area. There is also a night guard who patrols over the property's vicinity from 7pm to 1am. *Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the unit. There are smoke detectors placed inside each apartment unit for fire alarm and safety. Smoking, however, is allowed in the following areas: the balcony portion of the apartment unit, the corridors/hallways of the apartment building, the front patio and the gardens which are all part of the common areas of the building. *Items: Some items are not stored inside the apartment units and may be provided upon requests (i.e. iron, coffee makers, blenders, lan cables, basic first aid kit, etc.) *Limitations: While we always strive to provide our guests and travelers with topnotch service, the property is still an apartment located in a local neighborhood. It is not positioned as a hotel and it does not offer 24/7 service.
