I rent my fully equipped 35 m² apartment in Scionzier in a quiet area, close to shops and ski resorts. Ideal for a couple with a child, it can accommodate up to 5 people The space Ground floor apartment with 3 rooms, totally independent with private parking (for 1 car) - fully equipped kitchen with appliances (fridge/freezer, electric oven, glass-ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette/fondue machine, waffle maker) - living room/bedroom: one bed (140 × 190) + one mezzanine bed (90 × 190) + one new sofa/bed (120 × 190), 87 cm flat screen TV, a large storage cabinet - NEW bedding: memory foam mattress (ecological, hypoallergenic, thermosensitive) with mattress cover (100% natural fiber), duvets and pillows provided (sheets on request) - bathroom: toilet, shower, storage cabinets - multimedia (Freebox): internet (wifi or cable), Freebox TV package (200 channels, replay...), unlimited landline and mobile phone, 24-inch computer screen, 5.1 audio system Other things to note Rental rates (excluding services): - Outside of school holidays: Mid-week (2 days minimum) = €60/day // Weekend = €75/day // Week = €300 - School holidays: Week = €350 (Rental only for 7 days from Saturday to Saturday) - Electricity: electricity consumption is at your expense (EDF sky blue rate: €0.1572/kWh in peak hours and €0.1096/kWh in off-peak hours (from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.). In winter, expect between €20 and €30 of electricity per week with heating (depending on weather conditions). - Animals: €20 per stay (+ mandatory cleaning fee) Optional services: - Rental of bed linen, towels, tea towels: €10/bed (for 1 or 2 people per double bed) - Baby equipment (baby bed, baby chair): €10 - Breakfast: €10 for 2 people - Meals (tartiflette, raclette, fondue, cold takeaway meals, etc.): €15 for 2 people Rental conditions: - Mandatory deposit: €300 (to be paid on site). - Rental: possible all year round depending on availability from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays, minimum 2 days outside holidays. - Acceptance conditions: no discrimination! Children, workers, students accepted. Last-minute and long-term bookings available upon request. - Capacity: ideal for a couple but the sofa (new) can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people max. - Living conditions: smokers and pets accepted. - Housekeeping: materials and household products provided - 10% discount in case of return.
