Homestay near UII and Kaliurang

Our nice home stay is located in a calm and secure neighborhood. The home stay has in total 10 rooms, 4 outside rooms' shower room,kitchen, dining room and terraces, The home stay is perfect for budget couple, group or family trip. Please be aware that price in the listing is for 1 room for maximum capacity 2 pax/ room for single bed room with an extra bed and for double bed room, capacity is for max. 3 pax ( one extra bed) The space Located just on the main boulevard of the complex, it ia easy to reach the house from main road Jalan Kaliurang. Shops, laundry and food stalls in walk distance. Our small garden is best to relax and do some barbeque. This is not a place if you like to stay near the city centre. Guest access Guest may use all home stay facilities such as kitchen, parking and barbecue grill. Most facilities outside your room are for shared. We have a balcony on the second floor also terrace and garden. As we have no housekeeper guests have to keep clean themselves. Please feel at home, but please note that the home stay is NO-SMOKING area. You may smoke outside (garden /parking place) Other things to note Bathroom are cold water-western toilet-clean and for shared. Kitchen also completed with coffee, tea, kitchen utensils and dining ware for share. Most important is to keep clean and wash your dishes after use. Most important is to take care of your own belonging during your stay and no smoking inside the house please.
