Situated on Nelsons popular waterfront our roomy lower level apartment is close the beach & city. We believe it's the little things that count when staying in holiday accommodation so we have equipped our apartment with luxury linen, furnishings, Smart TV with Neon, Prime , Nespresso machine, BBQ and Wifi. A new modern ensuite with dump shower. You won't be disappointed. Please note we will not except any bookings from individuals under the age of 20 The space Our space is secure, access is available via key fob only, it's clean and has a wonderful view to take in all day. The sunsets are fabulous. Watch the massive ships pass through the channel or watch the yaghting sail every Wednesday in the harbour. Zip across the road to the cafe for breakfast, lunch or dinner. In the apartment we have luxury leather lazy boy couches, a comfortable new king bed, luxurious bamboo cotton sheets and quality linen. A modern well equipped kitchen is important and you should find everything you need, including an air fryer. Sun streams into the lounge area making it fabulous to sit and enjoy, newly installed electric blinds that have shade blinds as well and also block out in case you want shade to. The large flat screen TV offers Freeview, Neon, Prime channels. Netflix is accessible on the TV apps but it can only be used with your own account login. The apartment is a good roomy size and there is a private balcony. PLEASE NOTE - ( It is on a main road like all of Nelsons waterfront properties so it does experience traffic noise on the balcony, however when inside with doors closed it is not noticed). Bedroom is situated at the rear with a heat pump/ aircon recently installed. The ensuite has undergone a refit in April 2021 and now has a luxurious double head dump shower and is tiled throughout. Treat yourself to some luxury and enjoy a great getaway handy to the city or the beach. Redecorating has been done to bring the apartment into the 21st century. It’s bright, tropical and warm for you to sit back and relax. Also on offer are 2 mountain bikes to enjoy the Nelson trails. However we also offer these to our guests in the apartment next door as well so it is first in first serve. A code will be given on checkin. The building at Latitude 41 is really secure and a key fob is needed for access. There is one designated car park with in the building and this is at no extra charge. Please note the parking space is tight. So it does take patience. There is a height restriction of 2 metres. Please contact me for availability on both. Guest access It will be our pleasure to meet you upon arrival to provide a brief orientation and assist with any local knowledge you may need. Throughout the stay, we are just a message or phone call away if needed :-). On arrival please park your car across the road from the apartment at the "Styx"cafe carpark until your checkin is completed. You will be greeted at the front entrance of the apartment building "Lattitude 41" by my agent Amanda (I live 3 hours drive away in the beautiful tourist destination of Hanmer Springs, so I'm sorry I don't get to met you) Amanda will take you through the checkin process and show you the access areas, lifts and internal carpark etc, she will then settle you into the apartment. You will be given a fob (this accesses the carpark and the lifts) and is also the main key for your stay. These can be left in the Number 4 letter box on departure at the front entrance of the building. Just remember to get your car from the parking area first before leaving the key in the letterbox on departure. Other things to note Whilst situated on a main road traffic noise is very minimal when the door is closed. It does not impact on sleeping or enjoying the balcony at night.
