Rembrandt | Luxury room with roof terrace and air conditioning

Welcome to our completely renovated 'Rembrandt' room on the 4th floor of an authentic Amsterdam house. The room has all the comforts, among other things; comfortable box spring bed, air conditioning, coffee corner, luxurious rain shower and terrace. The property is located in the popular, quiet neighborhood "de Pijp" near Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh museum, concert hall, Paradiso and countless restaurants and bars. Both the old center and Rai can be reached within 10 min. We live on the 3rd floor ourselves. The space You will stay in a cozy room on the 4th floor with a private staircase. The room consists of a bedroom with its own bathroom with a luxurious rain shower. There is no kitchen or possibility to prepare a meal. However, there is a coffee corner with Nespresso machine, kettle and mini fridge. On this floor we rent a total of two rooms, both for up to 2 guests. This is the highest floor so there are no upstairs neighbors. We live one floor below, on the 3rd floor. The terrace is accessible for use, but should only be used between 9am and 10pm in the evening. Guest access You will access the 4th floor via a central staircase. Like most houses in Amsterdam, there is a shared stairwell for all floors. There is no elevator. Please take this into account in connection with large suitcases lifting the stairs, as the studio is on the fourth floor. For people who have difficulty walking or have painful knees when walking stairs, our studio is probably not suitable. Please take into account our neighbors on the first and third floor when you go through the staircase. We would also like to ask you to gently close the shared doors, both downstairs and halfway on the second floor. The terrace should only be used between 09.00 am - 22.00 pm.
