A peaceful country getaway in our garden setting

Situated in Buninyong (11 km from Ballarat), the Cottage is at the rear of our home and separated from the main house. Our 1 bedroom self contained Cottage is in a lovely garden setting. A short walk to local Hotel, Supermarket, Chemist & Bakery + the many Cafes in Buninyong This cottage is the perfect location for couples and singles. You will be able to enjoy the country all within walking distance of our lovely village. The space The one bedroom cottage is a lovely getaway for singles or couples and it contains a queen size bed, sofa lounge, eating area and a galley style kitchen. We are primarily set up for one or two people to share the Queen size bed (there is no other bedding permitted, ie; sleeping on couch, etc). Take in the many walks that the area has to offer and enjoy our great local; golf course, tennis courts or bike riding (mountain or road cycling). Buninyong has been home to the Australian Road Racing championships where you could take on the challenging 12 km circuit including the Mt Buninyong 'King of the Mountain'. It is only a 10-minute drive into Ballarat to visit tourist areas, such as; Sovereign Hill, Ballarat Wildlife park, Lake Wendouree and the many historic buildings of Ballarat. We are unfortunately unable to host ANY pets at our Cottage. Out kitchenette includes; a toaster, kettle, microwave oven, bar fridge, sandwich maker, coffee machine, induction hot plate and electric bbq plus more. Enjoy the free Wi-Fi and flat screen TV, high quality linen supplied and towels are all included in your rental. Guest access We have off street parking for our guests and whilst all facilities are within walking distance, we also are lucky to have the local bus service at the end of the street that will take you directly into the City of Ballarat via Federation University.
