B&B Valtaro - Italian Apennines

Ever dreamed of a perfect holiday in a quiet and beautiful setting? Casale delle Farfalle is a beautiful vacation house situated in the quiet surroundings of the Italian Apennines. Uniquely located in the Taro valley this house with swimming pool provides multiple opportunities for an active or relaxing luxurious vacation varying from lager groups of people to a romantic holiday for two. The price is for 2 people in one apartment for one night excl. breakfast. The space The house consists of 2 independent, fully furnished luxurious apartments that can house 2 -4 people each. Apartment Valtaro has 2 bedrooms, apartment Bedonia has one bedroom with additional bunk bed. Addition for a 3rd or 4th person in Valtaro is 35 pp per night, Bedonia 27.50 pp. Breakfast is optional @ 7.-- pp between 7 - 10 AM. You can hear the Taro river flow in front of the house. The river makes a bend after approximately 250 meter where it forms a lagoon. Here is a small park where you can swim, sun bath, play volleyball, BBQ, etc. Guest access The house originates for +/- 1900 and is located, fully secluded, on the slope of the Taro valley at the end of a long driveway on a plot of 6000 m2. It’s fully renovated and the exterior and interior is completely new, it consist 3 stories with on each story an apartment. The house is surrounded by terraces with in the back wood fired pizza oven and at front an authentic chestnut hut where in the old days the chestnuts were dried and authentic cantina where the ham is ripened and wine can be kept. There is a large chance you will find some deer around the house in the early morning. You can hear the Taro river flow in front of the house. The river makes a bend after approximately 250 meter where it forms a lagoon. Here is a small park where you can swim, sun bath, visit the bar, play volleyball, BBQ, etc. All apartments are fully furnished, have a luxury appearance and are equipped with features as a large fire place, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. Apartment Valtaro This is the top floor and largest apartment consisting of a living room with a chestnut wood kitchen, internal hallway, bathroom and two bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom has a balcony. This apartment is suitable for up to 4 adults, each bedroom has 2 box springs of 90 cm width that can be put together or separated as desired. The bathroom has a washbasin, shower, toilet, bidet and hair dryer. The living room has a 3 person couch and a separate reading chair, the kitchen has a dining table for 4 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, water cooker and toaster. Apartment Bedonia This is the mid floor apartment consisting of a living room with a kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom. This apartment is ideal for to 2 adults with up to two children, the bedroom has 2 box springs of 90 cm width that can be put together or separated as desired and 2 elevated beds of 80 cm. It can serve for 4 adults if required. The bathroom has a washbasin, shower, toilet, bidet and hair dryer. Behind the bedroom there is a patio. The living room has a 3 person couch and a two separate antique reading chairs, the kitchen has a dining table for 4 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 2 position induction stove, refrigerator with freezer, combi microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, water cooker and toaster. Apartment Tornolo This is the ground floor and smallest apartment. It’s a studio consisting of a large living room with kitchen and a bathroom. This apartment is suitable for two persons. The living room has a large dining table and a comfortable sleeping couch. This apartment has the best equipped kitchen consisting of 4 position induction stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven with microwave function, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, water cooker and toaster.
