The space The house is ideally located above Port-tudy (port of arrival) and 0.6 miles from the shops in Bourg (groceries, newspapers, pharmacy, etc.). The house has all the modern comforts. On the ground floor: Large living room of 45m2 * Living room (sofa bed with 140 x 190 bed) * Dining room (table for 8 people) * Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge-freezer, cold-door oven, induction stove (4 burners), dishwasher and washer-dryer * Separate restroom 9m2 glass patio Separated by a sliding door from the main room, this room is very pleasant to stay in, in summer and winter, thanks to its triple bay window. The patio can be converted into a fully independent sleeping area to provide a 3rd bedroom (blackout curtains, opaque and soundproof glass door). * A sofa bed (sleeps 2: 90 x 190 and 80 x 190 pull-out bed) On the 1st floor: 2 beautiful quiet rooms * 1 bedroom with sea view (2 single beds or 1 beautiful 160 x 200 double bed) * 1 very bright west/southwest facing bedroom (2 single beds or 1 beautiful 160 x 200 double bed) * Bathroom with large shower (thermostatic column) and toilet Small garden in front of the house. Private terrace with large garden table for barbecues and outdoor dining. The house is next to a cottage (2/4 people). Ability to rent everything to host family and friends.
