The Studio - La Mezzana farmhouse

Independent studio flat part of a beautiful Tuscan farmhouse recently renovated to the highest standards. The house is a typical Tuscan farmhouse located about 27 km south-east from Florence in the middle of beautiful hills and surrounded by olive trees. The property includes a swimming pool which is at our guests’ disposal and shared with us (we live in the main house during Summer). The studio flat has just been renovated and it consists of a night area with a french-size bed + a day area with a fully equipped kitchen and a table + a small bathroom with the shower. Guests have also access to a small patio in front of the flat (with table and chairs). The flat is best suited for 2 people but, on request, we can arrange an extra single bed for children. The house is located in an extremely peaceful context, right in the heart of the countryside and it's perfect for people who want to enjoy the true Tuscan countryside life, relaxing, walking around and exploring Tuscany and its towns. The swimming pool is a nice addition to the main context and it helps a lot during the hot Tuscan summers! Guest access The house can be reached via a dirt road, parking is available on the premises. Please note that the gravel road is quite ‘normal’ for an italian countryside location and unless guests plan to arrive with a very low sporty car there shouldn’t be any problems when driving at low speed. You can explore the area on foot by taking numerous walks or use the car to reach various points of interest. The entire studio apartment and all outdoor spaces are available to guests.
