Attic room on the edge of the woods near Utrecht.

Be welcome in our L-shaped attic room / floor. The room is available for 1 guest. The attic room is located on the second floor and is equipped with comfortable beds, a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a small stovetop for a simple one-pot meal, a kettle, a microwave, and a K-Cup coffee maker. Our house is in a central place in the Netherlands. The attic room is a quiet place on the edge of the forest with often bird sounds in the morning and evening. The space The attic room is on the second floor and is equipped with comfortable beds, a kitchenette with fridge and stove for a simple one-pot meal, kettle, microwave and coffee machine. And a TV screen with streaming options and a number of Dutch TV channels. Our house is located on the edge of the forest near (the University of) Utrecht and half an hour from Amsterdam. BSN registration with the municipality is possible for longer stays. Guest access There is a free entrance via two stairs to the attic room on the second floor. The bathroom is on the first floor. Toilet is on the first floor and the ground floor. Shared use of the bathroom. The kitchenette has an electric hob for a simple one-pot meal. There is also a microwave. There is a screen on the wall where you can cast with your laptop or smartphone. (YouTube, Netflix is possible with your account and our Chromecast and internet and a number of NL channels) If desired, we can pick you up from Bilthoven station upon arrival. During your stay We find it important that you feel at home and that you can be yourself. We are happy to meet you and of course we respect (each other's) privacy. Other things to note We find brief personal contact valuable and enjoy meeting new people. In doing so, we respect each other's privacy. Meeting is good, but nothing is required. We find professionals welcome guests whose privacy we highly respect. After the unpleasant, almost forgotten Covid-19 period, we want a maximum of 1 guest. Several expats started with us in NL as an Airbnb guest and then found (permanent) living space elsewhere.
