An architect designed award-winning 3 bedroom modern cottage in the heart of the lovely village of Treknow. Puffins is completely unique; full of Cornish hygge - cosy, comfortable & peaceful. The big decision every day is which footpath will you choose to walk to the sea. Puffins has everything you need for a lovely holiday & its clever design makes it ideal for 4 people. Inside there is an open-plan living/kitchen/dining area. Outside is a sunny terrace to make the most of Cornish evenings. The space Puffins is somewhere just that little bit different; bijoux with everything you need for a memorable holiday, an ideal base for 4 people. The comfortable open-plan living room/kitchen/dining area forms the heart of the property which opens on to an enclosed terrace. The glass wall from the terrace creates a light bright space. The main room is lovely and cosy, complete with a wood-burning stove and contemporary furniture. The kitchen has everything you need, including a fridge, microwave and washing machine, with plenty of storage and workspace. The hall, bedrooms and bathroom are full of natural light. The main bedroom is spacious with a vaulted ceiling. There is a double bed and plenty of drawers. Lots of hooks and hangers provide interesting storage options. There are two further bedrooms; a single and a double which are stylish and comfortable for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom is bright and light with everything you need including a good shower and plenty of hot water. This year we have been busy refreshing Puffins, we’ve added a dishwasher, a new floor and new windows so it feels even more comfortable. Outside there is a sunny terrace with table & chairs, BBQ & chimenea to make the most of Cornish evenings Guest access You have sole access to the whole property throughout your stay Other things to note Well behaved dogs and older children are welcome. Please note the design of the building is not well suited to young children. There are some steps between levels and there are ladders to storage areas in two of the bedrooms.
