During your stay Guests will be greeted and attended by the co-host, Mr. Chandrakant Desai and the host, Ghanshyam Desai will be available on phone. Other things to note Information about Kriyan Villa: Dear Guest, Ganapatipule is about 20kms from Kriyan Villa. Kriyan Villa is situated in a village called Vilye (Vilaye). It’s our ancestral village for generations. It’s a part of Ratnagiri Taluka/District in Konkan region. Kriyan Villa is a ground plus one storey Villa. The entire ground floor is having two Bedrooms, a Living Room and an ample Dinning Space. The top floor is locked and reserved for the owners and it is not made available to the guests. Primarily, the space made available to the guests can easily accommodate SIX adults. The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor can occupy four adults and the remaining two people can use the Sofa-cum bed in Living Room. Extra guests if any can use the floor mats and can make themselves comfortable in the open space on the ground floor. There is a porch at the entrance having two swings and few chairs; it’s a nice sit out place to relax. The premises has a huge open backyard which can be used for car parking or for the recreational activities. There are two washrooms; one bedroom has an attached washroom equipped with western style commode. There is one more common washroom having Indian styled commode. Guests are requested to carry their own toiletries as per their requirements. The premises has following facilities: 1. Fridge. 2. Water Purifyer. 3. An Inverter. 4. Television with DishTV connection. 5. Washing Machine. 6. Kitchen is equipped with basic facilities. 7. A champion Carrom Board for grown up kids. 8. Badminton Rackets ( please carry Shuttlecorks). 9. Playing cards. 10. Two swings The caretaker or the cohost will make genuine efforts to make the above mentioned facilities functional, however please excuse us if any of the above mentioned facilities is under repairs or under the maintenance. Kindly note; cooking is not allowed in the premises except making tea/coffee, boiling milk or water, etc. Food is supplied by the caretaker of the property at reasonable prices, have a look at the menu card before placing the orders or the guest can make alternate arrangements for food at their own. Primarily veg food is supplied by the family of the caretaker. However; the caretaker can cook and give the non-veg food if it is made available to the them. The caretaker will charge nominal cooking charges towards the non-veg food. The guests are requested to get more clarity from the caretaker on the food once the booking is done. Do place your food orders well in advance to avoid inconveniences to you. Smoking, drinking, playing music is allowed in the premises, however do observe common rules regarding the same.
