Mingle with the locals in the local “kafeneio”, or gather with your friends around the carved-stone fireplace οn a winter night. The space Fully renovated village-house that extends in two levels. There are two bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms with shower, one on the ground floor with one double bed, and a second one on the first floor with one double and one single bed, accessible through the first-floor roomy terrace. Both bedrooms have separate access from the street, which is very convenient when two couples are staying in. There is a living room on the ground floor with a sitting area with a couch that can be opened-up to an additional double bed if required, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a beautiful fireplace. The room is decorated with local traditional furniture and original folk-art items collected by the owner’s family. The nearby small town of Neapoli is within walking distance or 5 minutes by car. Although the village lies between low-rise mountains covered with olive trees and Mediterranean shrubs, the nearest beach of Milatos is just a 15-minute drive, or you can choose to visit the cosmopolitan beaches of Elounda (20min) and the town of Agios Nikolaos (15min). Malia, a village famous for it's beaches, it's nightlife and it's antiquities is also a 15-minute drive. The city of Iraklio and the ancient palace of Knossos are 50-minutes away by car.
