Bright cosy countryside retreat on royal deeside

Quiet and private countryside 1 bedrooms flat on the outskirts of Aberdeen , bright clean and cosy hideaway. 10 min drive Into town and Aberdeen bypass easily accessible. Perfect base for exploring our royal deeside. Balmoral estate a stones throw away and we are surrounded by beautiful towns, aboyne/Stonehaven. The space A seperate annex from our main house, very private relaxing space. Well equipped kitchenette at one end of main lounge area, microwave-oven/hob fridge. Full temperature controlled central heating for colder months. Bedroom at far end of flat has view of our forest area, if you are into walking it's worth exploring. Sofa bed in lounge fold out for second small double bed, all bedding provided . Wifi and ethernet port now available since first review. There is a TV and washing machine in flat. Guest access The entire flat. Access to the 60 acre forest that it borders, owned and maintained by the community and free ramble till your hears content. Parking on private driveway. Other things to note Flat has wifi but limited, send/receive messages etc, zoom calls have been done in past successfully but because we are in country it may drop out occasionally and definitely not for gaming.
