Villa Kallisti- A paradise with magical views

Villa Kallisti is located on hill of Agios Aimilianos, 10 minutes away from the town of Porto Heli and 8 min from the small port of Kosta, from where you can get a sea taxi to the island of Spetses. Beautiful beaches can be found close to the villa (closest being 3 min away). Our guests visit Villa Kallisti for the tranquility and quiet as well as its panoramic view of the sea and the island of Spetses. The space The villa unfolds on to two levels and can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children maximum. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a comfortbale sofa and TV. It adjoins the dining area, where the guests can enjoy their lunch. From there you can either go to the outdoor area or the fully equipped kitchen with a dining small table. The house has in total 4 bedrooms. The first one is a master bedroom with a king size double bed and its own access to the balcony, A/C and a big space for storage. The second bedroom has two single beds, a private access to the balcony, A/C. The third bedroom has two single beds, an access to the balcony and a small sitting area. The fourth bedroom has a king size double bed and a mirror. On the loft of one of the bedrooms with the two single beds, there is an additional space, where a mattress can be placed and sleep extra 2 persons (most appropriate for children). In the house, there are 3 bathrooms with a shower each. The exterior of the villa consists of a spacious sitting area with a swimming pool, BBQ and a parking space. Registration Details 00002696458
