Fantastic two bedroom home with direct access to Hayling Island beach with views of The Solent, Isle of Wight and Chichester Bar. Fantastic beach walks and food at the local Marina and Restaurants. The space Ile de Serine is on the beautiful East Beach on Hayling Island. You can access the beach directly from the rear patio or enjoy a barbeque with the sound of the waves in your ears. Guest access Full Access to all the property.. We feel that the property is not suitable for children between the age of 0 and 12. We thank you for your understanding on this matter. We believe that people with disabilities and large people may have access issues to the beds and problems with two steps in the bungalow. Other things to note Hayling Island combines all the attractions of a seaside holiday with excellent sporting and leisure facilities. The island's miles of unspoilt coastline and countryside also offer a haven of peace and tranquillity, where visitors can walk, cycle or relax. Windsurfing was invented on Hayling Island and as well as events linked to this popular activity there are also many opportunities for sailing. Hayling Island holds a European Blue Flag award and its excellent beaches have also been awarded a Tidy Britain Seaside Award for their water quality, safety and cleanliness. The seaside shore is five miles long and offers safe places for enjoying swimming, beach volleyball, picnicking and barbeques, with some facilities accessible to wheelchairs. The island's proximity to Portsmouth, Chichester and Emsworth makes it an ideal base for touring, with attractions such as Southsea Castle and Staunton Country Park nearby. We must point out that bedroom 2 is small and beautiful unfortunately it doesn’t have a wardrobe. There is a single step from the Kitchen and Living Room to adjoining rooms which could be difficult for less able guests. The rear garden camera is in place to protect the property should we receive an environmental agency flood warning, so we can monitor the property and attend if we need to setup the flood defences.
