A perfectly located two double bedroom flat in trendy Leyton. The flat is just moments walk from Leyton tube station and Leyton high street with its great restaurants, bars and cafes. There is a fully fitted kitchen and large lounge with comfy sofa. There is one large bedroom with a double bed and a second smaller bedroom with double bed. The space The apartment has two double bedrooms, spacious lounge, fully fitted kitchen, and bathroom with shower. It is just a few minutes walk from Leyton station. ABOUT THE FLAT: * This spacious flat has a fully fitted bathroom and kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and plus some basic pots and pans. * Wifi * Two double bedrooms with proper beds. * Spacious lounge with comfy sofa and dining table with two chairs. * Fully supplied with all bedding We are more than happy to make any recommendations or offer advice for places to eat and drink! I live only 20 minutes away by bike and work from home so am pretty much on hand should you need any help. Please note: this is not a new apartment. It is a little tired and worn which is why it is a budget price for an entire 2 bedroom apartment just 20 minutes from central London. However it is clean, tidy and comfortable. There are some stains on the carpet and some small paint marks on the floor. The skirting boards are old and need repainting but they are not dirty. However, the carpets get hoovered every time, the floors mopped and the skirting wiped down. All the bedding is washed and dried in my home.
