Castle Reach is a well appointed spacious detached house set in private grounds within a few minutes walk of the excellent cafes, shops and deli in the centre of Newport. The property enjoys fantastic views of Newport Bay and dramatic Pembrokeshire coastline from its elevated position. Parrog beach is about 10 minutes walk and the fells of Caerningli mountain lie a few minutes' walk beyond the house. Castle Reach has ample parking for 4 cars. Change over day is usually Friday. The space Castle Reach offers luxurious well equipped and comfortable accommodation. There is a modern kitchen well equipped for fine cuisine: large American style fridge freezer. wine chiller cabinet, Induction hob, double oven, warming drawer, two dishwashers, microwave and magimix. The living room has a wood burning stove and a 40inch Ultra HD Smart TV with internet access. There is Wifi available throughout the house. An all-weather table tennis table is available for use during the summer months. The internal garage may be used to securely store bikes, kayaks and golf trolleys. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive use of the house and gardens. There are two TVs, HiFi music system, Smart Speakers and a good selection of board games. There is an outdoor table tennis table for summer use. Tennis courts can be booked at the tourist information office in the town. The garage may be used to secure bikes and kayaks. Other things to note There are four bedrooms, three large bedrooms on the first floor providing 7/8 bedspaces and double room on the ground floor. Two of the single beds are moveable and can be readily set up in any of the upstairs rooms. There is a TV in the downstair's bedroom. Note there is an extra single bed that could readily be set up in either of the upstairs bedrooms bringing the total bedspaces to 10. This is provided to add flexibility rather than increasing the occupancy; there is space for 9 guests around the dining table.
