If you stay with more than 3 people This room has only one double sized bed. 2 people can sleep on the bed but the other with "FUTON". It is a japanese traditional bedding, a padded mattress with no springs and placed directly onto the floor. Tenants staying 30 nights or more are required to sign the temporary lease agreement. If you have any questions regarding the agreement content, please feel free to contact us. Please make a reservation only if you agree with the following items that may be complained about from the neighborhood. ・ Prohibition of parties and banquets. ・ Prohibition of smoking in rooms and around buildings (other than smoking areas) ・ Prohibition of being a nuisance to neighboring residents. ・ Prohibition of noise (please be quiet after 21:00). ・Visitors are not permitted to enter the rooms. 100,000 yen fine will be charged if the above violation is confirmed.
