Be our guests to newly built, beautiful two story modern house, fully furnished, modern amenities. Located in a secure neighbourhood, ony 4.5 Kms to Battaramulla, 5 Kms to Rajagiriya. Save time on your holiday, cut down city traffic, short stroll to the local wet market, fills all your daily needs in minutes. For all your planned shopping, Colombo major shopping precincts just within half hour drive. The space House comprises five bedrooms, three with air conditioning. All have fans, comfy beds with quality pocket spring mattresses, and pop-up mosquito nets. Ground floor two bedrooms, one with King size bed and the second with a Queen bed. Two King rooms and one Queen room on the upper floor. Powder room and laundry, and a servant's toilet on the ground floor. Hot water supply for all bathrooms. The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave oven, toaster and pots and pans. Also, a fridge, tea coffee making facilities. A TV area with PEO TV connection. All rooms have a Fan, Mirror, Small desk, chair, Mosquito Net, and cupboard. Ground Floor Room # 1 - Small bedroom with Garden Views - Comfy Queen Bed will share a central bathroom adjacent to ground floor room 2. Ground Floor Room # 2 - Large bedroom with garden views, opens to a private patio. - Comfy King Bed with Air Conditioning and the main bathroom next to the room, which must be shared with Room 1 if occupied. Upper floor Room # 3 - A large air-conditioned room with a King Bed and a large bathroom next to it must be shared with Room #5 if it's occupied. Upper floor Room #4 - A large air-conditioned room with ensuite, walk-in robe. Queen bed. Upper Floor Room #5 - A small room with a QB. Guest access Guests can access all house public areas ( Living room/TV room/Sun Room/Powder Room/Laundry/Kitchen/Balconies). The driveway/entrance gate is shared with a second house on the same block and is not tenanted currently. Other things to note Just so you know, the house faces Himbutana Road, which can be busy sometimes with morning and evening traffic, and the reception hall/Fast food outlet opposite the property can be a bit noisy with some Sri Lankan music in the evenings, making it a lively environment.
