The Masseria is located about halfway between Conversano, a town very rich in history and culture, and Polignano a Mare, very famous city for its gorgeous downtown overlooking the sea. The Masseria is equiped with swimming pool (6m x 12m x h 1.30m) and solarium area, garden with citrus grove, outdoor shared kitchen available to guests. About 300m from the accommodations there is the animal shelter, where there are chickens, goats, ponies and the prestigious Lipizzan horses, used for beautiful and romantic carriage rides, suitable for couples and families. There are 4 double rooms. On request to be made before booking and with a daily supplement, one of them – Suite Batosta – can host up to 4 guests, thanks to the presence of a bunk bed. In the Masseria there are 4 rooms which have been given names of mares and horses present in the stable not far from the Masseria. The suites are all equipped with en-suite bathroom with shower, internet Wi-Fi, minibar and air conditioning. In particular, on the ground floor there is Suite C.Tartara, which includes a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, minibar, small desk, air conditioning, a weak Wi-Fi internet connection, not ideal or smart-working and an outdoor patio for the exclusive use of guests of this room. Included in the stay, there are personalized homemade breakfast, with proposals (on request) also for vegans and celiacs, bed linen and towels, bathroom courtesy kit and pool towel, daily cleaning and daily towels change. At the property is possible to book trekking and bike tours that will take you among centuries-old olive trees and Trulli of Puglia. Possibility, moreover, of daily bicycle rental. At the property there is also available a charging station for electric cars. The swimming pool is open from May 15 to October 15.
