Close to cafes and restaurants. Suit single or couple. The space The loft room is at the front with own entrance and has views of Sydney skyline. It is detached from the large villa in which the family lives. It has a large and unique sub tropical garden at the front with a beautiful view of Sydney Harbour at the rear of the property. It is quiet and private with plenty of off street parking. Guest access The loft is completely seperate to the main house. Guests have access to the garden and garage where light meals can be prepared if they don't wish to eat out. Also guests have own Webber BBQ. There are laundry facilities and a dryer in the garage. The small refrigerator in the loft will be filled with breakfast food. Also teas, coffee (real and instant), cereals and bread are provided. Other things to note No smoking indoors. No pets as we already have a dog and cat. No parties although guests are able to receive visitors.
