Clean, quiet south facing Room

This is a fairly new 4 bedroom house located just on the outskirts of Neath. Neath is surrounded by beautiful Welsh countryside (parks, hills, walks and mountain bike tracks). Neath is only 10 minutes away from Swansea and the famous 'Mumbles'. Of interest to those in the medical profession we are very close (3 miles) to the Neath, Port Talbot general hospital. Please Note: We cannot accommodate CHILDREN/BABIES. The space A modern 4 bedroom detached house with parking space for 3 cars. You will have your own room and private bathroom. Breakfast cereals, tea/coffee is available on a self help basis and is included in the price. Guest access You will have your own private room and sole use of the bathroom. The bathroom has bath and shower, wash basin and toilet. Guests can use the kitchen and equipment therein. There is a washing machine in the utility area. Guests may also relax in the lounge and watch tv or listen to music if desired and upon request. During your stay We are happy to spend time with our guests if they wish for interaction. Other things to note NOTE: The room is for 1 person only (male or female) and is equipped with ONE double bed. The property is NOT suitable for children.
