Private Single Room in Farmhouse with Cave

L’Għarix Temple Retreat is a 770 year old farmhouse in Xaghra, Gozo. It is built from the local limestone and is said to be the second oldest house in the town. Visiting the retreat is an opportunity to see the beautiful architecture and deep history of Xagħra. L’Għarix (La Reesh) means “Sanctuary” in Maltese and it is truly a place of healing and relaxation. Guests have a private bedroom and bathroom with its own private balcony. And can make use of the swimming pool, sun loungers and cave. The space The Orchid Room has air-conditioning for hot nights and a heater for cool ones. There is a bar fridge and kettle with complementary water, tea and coffee. There is also a work station / desk with a chair, lamp, large screen and keyboard - perfect for working getaways. L’Għarix is also my healing space where I conduct private and (small) group sessions. However these are in my healing studio in a separate part of the house, and in my cave, and will not interfere with your space. During your stay L’Għarix is also my home, which I share with my four cats, George, Poseidon, Apollo and Leia, as well as my Pomeranian dogs, Lucy and Chanel. In addition to my bedroom, I have two en-suite bedrooms on two different levels of the house that have their own outside entrances and private outdoor area.
