Victorian family home in Exeter

Close to city centre and university three story Victorian house in tree lined quiet street .Many original features ,very comfortable and spacious (website hidden) parking,willing to collect from station. A vibrant and friendly neighhood . The space A comfortable family home that welcomes children .Our 2 large bedrooms are on the 2 nd floor of our house .We can accommodate couples ,families,and single travellers .We can provide hairdryer ,towels ,shampoo etc .We have twin beds in one of the rooms and one double and a single in the other room , we have tea coffee and hot chocolate making facility's The guests toilet and shower room is on the first floor. We provide a delicious organic breakfast, which includes home bread cereals , fresh fruit and organic yoghurt, coffee and selection of teas Guest access Guest would enter the front door and have a key During your stay We are a very sociable couple and are used to sharing our home ,Our knowledge of the area is good as we have lived in the same house for over 40 years .We would be glad to chat if need be . Other things to note We try to be has eco friendly as possible , using eco friendly products , such as cleaning products, washing liquid and recycle where ever possible.
