Home in friendly neighborhood near Disneyland and Beaches

Our home is in a quiet, safe, friendly neighborhood right next to the huge El Dorado Park with walking paths, playgrounds and a dog park. We are a 10 minute drive to Seal Beach and about 20 minutes to Disneyland. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 newly renovated bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom is equipped with a desk. In the back yard we have a covered outdoor patio, BBQ and a backyard lounge area. It is enclosed and private.
