Enjoy the fire pit, the clear, starry skies and the nighttime quiet of Vermont. The early summer firefly light show on the meadow leaves guest stunned. Morning brings mist to the meadow, grazing deer, wild turkeys roam and the occassional fox. Guest access In addition to the two bedroom apartment, feel to enjoy all our outdoor spaces including the fire pit and gardens. Other things to note The apartment is on the lower level of our hillside home with a private entrance. It is bright and sunny with southwestern views from most rooms. We two quiet, retired persons live on the upper floors so you may hear some padded footsteps from above, as you would in a hotel or inn. Given our peaceful location you won’t hear the traffic or parking lot noises nor suffer the light pollution of such locations. And you will have the added benefit of private outdoor spaces with views few places can match. Please know we love having babies and toddlers on site and enjoy the happy noise of children on the property. Do be aware that the apartment is not “baby-proofed” in the sense that there are no outlet covers or child-proof cabinet locks. Nonetheless, the apartment has hosted many happy families including our own toddler grandchildren.
