Situated in the heart of Coimbra's Historic Centre, just 200m away from the 12th Century Cathedral and 300m from the 13th Century University...and 50m from the central market! So that you can give a great use to a full equipped kitchen we have at your disposal! Very good for families with children. Each house with the capacity to receive 4 to 5 people. The space The name " Fence Houses" has to do with the nearby College of Santo Agostinho, dated 1593, and today's Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of Coimbra University. They are two individual houses, with singular characteristics, that can be joined together and rented as one. The first house, nº8, has a room with 2 beds: one double and one singular, a living room , a kitchen and a bathroom. The second, nº10, has a room with a double bed, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Both situated on the top floor of the building, they were drawn taking advantage of the roof wood material.
