Welcome to our unique loft-style apartment, boasting a relaxed living environment close to the popular City Road – a whole globe of restaurants and takeaways one street – and just 5mins from the city centre. The surrounding area is full of character with an independent buzz, consisting of diverse residents with a large student population (close to the main University campus), a large ethnic minority population, and young professionals. The space LIVING AREA When entering the first-floor loft-style apartment guests are greeted by a large striking open-plan living area with double-high ceilings and views to the mezzanine level. Split into two sections, the stylish, spacious downstairs area features a comfortable armchair, dedicated workspace and even a hammock, as well as two sofas and a TV with Netflix. UTILITY There is a utility room under the stairs with household essentials such as an ironing board and iron. KITCHEN/DOWNSTAIRS TOILET Off the living area, under the mezzanine level of the gorgeous space, there is a well-kitted-out kitchen with cooking essentials, oven and stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, breakfast table and more. Feel free to utilise the impressive array of spices. There is also a handy small washroom just off the kitchen. BEDROOM Overlooking the trendy living area (with curtains that can pull across to block off the room) the well-sized bedroom comes equipped with fresh hotel-quality linens and bath towels for each guest. Please note that there is an additional bedroom down the hall of the mezzanine level which is locked. The owner leaves clothes in this bedroom when working abroad, they will not be present at any time during guest stays. BATHROOM The bathroom is equipped with a shower over bath with complimentary shampoo provided. PARKING There are limited free street parking spaces along Russell and surrounding streets, however, due to the property’s central location they can go quickly. Guest access Access is via a lockbox located near the front entrance.
