Åre Travel- Tottbacken Mountain House

In the middle of Scandinavia's best ski area is Tottbacken/ Peak Performance Mountain House - an exclusive apartment in a classic mountain environment. Here you live stylishly and comfortably in a spacious apartment with magnificent views of Renfjället and Åresjön. The ski slope and ski lift Tottliften right outside the door that takes you out into Åre's lift system. The apartment has a sauna, fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen. There are several apartments in the same residence to rent if you are a larger group. The space 4-BED APARTMENT TOTTBACKEN ÅRE Our four-bed apartments are located on the third floor with a south-facing balcony. The accommodation has two bedrooms and a bright open floor plan with living room and kitchen in one, which provides the opportunity for pleasant socializing for our guests. FUNCTIONAL FOR CYCLISTS & SKIERS The apartments are designed to be functional for the active guest and provide the opportunity for peace and relaxation for everyone. Both bedrooms have a divisible double bed and a private bathroom with shower. In one of the bathrooms there is also a sauna and the apartment's combined washing machine/dryer. The bedrooms have built-in storage for personal belongings, and the hall's shelving system accommodates outdoor clothing, mittens, hats and everything else that there is so much of during active vacations. Of course, there is also a drying cabinet. OPEN AND BRIGHT The interior is bright with solid materials in nature's color scheme. The living room and kitchen are connected in an open floor plan that makes it easy to socialize. There is a dining area, fireplace, seating area, TV and stereo, and when the weather is warmer, the doors can be opened for extra social space on the terrace outside. Adjacent to the terrace is also a small playground. The kitchen has solid oak cabinets and shelves and is, to say the least, well-equipped and everything planned so that you can both cook and participate in the company of the others in the room. Guest access EASY TO GET, EASY TO GO You park your car in our heated garage and take the elevator straight up to the apartment floor. On level 4 is the bicycle storage where you jump on the bike and roll down to the cabin lift. In addition to easy access, the house also has a cozy lobby with TV and a changing room with shower – practical if you want to go skiing during the arrival or departure days. Other things to note We have a 25-year age limit on our accommodation, and photo identification may be required in case of uncertainty. Does not apply to children in the company of a guardian.
